# The tool is at tool.gccaepd.org.

Version 6 is live and your existing username and password still work. The previous version runs alongside it for six months, so anything in progress can be finished where it started.

## Cannot get in?

**Forgotten password.** Use the reset link on the login screen. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email us and we will re-issue it.

**Your company has a licence but you do not.** Licences are issued to named users, so a colleague cannot share theirs. [Request access](https://gccaepd.org/account-request?hsLang=en) and we will add you to your company's account.

**Anything else.** Email [epdtool@gccassociation.org](mailto:epdtool@gccassociation.org) or call +44 (0) 2038160328. Tell us the email address on the account and the exact message you see.

## No account yet?

A single named licence is £1,800 a year with every feature included, bought online. The account is created as soon as payment goes through. GCCA member companies use the tool free of charge, members of a GCCA partner association and universities pay half, and teams are quoted on the number of named licences.
