Email is usually quickest. If your question is about access or pricing, the access request form collects what we need in one go.
GCCA member companies use the tool free of charge. Members of a GCCA partner association and universities pay half. A single licence at the standard price can be bought online as the Basic plan.
Before you write
A question about a specific EPD or result
Include the EPD name or reference, the product type, and the version you are working in. A screenshot of the screen you are on helps too.
Access, pricing, or adding a colleague
Use the access request form. It covers every route: free for GCCA member companies, half price for members of a GCCA partner association and for universities, and a quote based on the number of named licences otherwise. A single licence at £1,800 a year can be bought online as the Basic plan.
Login problems
Version 6 uses your existing username and password at tool.gccaepd.org. For a forgotten password, use the reset link on the login screen; if the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email us and we will re-issue it. Licences are issued to named users, so they cannot be shared.
Methodology questions
If you hold a licence, the user guide, LCA model report and LCA database report are inside the tool, on its reference documents screen. They answer most methodology questions. The independent verification report and the Simplified Verification Report template are published in the documentation library, and the guides cover the tool screen by screen.
